Walking Trail at Desert Camp

It is safe to walk freely on the premises provided that contact with wild animals, snakes, scorpions and other reptiles is avoided. Should you encounter such an animal or reptile, stand still or back off slowly - avoid sudden movements and noise. Most times the animal is more scared than you are and attacks and bites are normally a result of intended self-defence.

When leaving the immediate surrounds of Desert Camp towards the hill, please only follow the demarcated route which commences at the main parking area. This activity is done at own risk.
